capacity. To determine headspace in percentage, divide the capacity to
fill point, into the capacity above the fill point. Example: The overflow
capacity of 16oz. Boston Rounds is 17 ounces; therefore the headspace
is 1oz. or 6.25% (1 divided by 16x100).
