Our Products Include

Our Services Include

Cal Glass and PCC can pack bulk glass, repack cased goods into plain and custom-printed cartons, and reselect as needed. We can also provide:

• On-Staff Technical Engineer/Quality Control Manager to troubleshoot problems on-site

In addition, we offer decorating services for glass bottles, jars, stemware, and ceramic mugs through two processes:

• ACL - Glassware and bottles, up to 3 colors front and back; can match any PMS color including bright metallics
  
  
• Avery-Dennison CLEAR ADVANTAGE^TM - California Glass Company and Pacific Coast Container are the exclusive distributors, west of the Rocky Mountains, of this new, patented heat-transfer label, transparent on the bottle, jar, or glass except for the colors of the art work. CLEAR ADVANTAGE^TM offers 4-color process and photographic image capabilities. Direct print up of 6 colors, including bright metallics. CLEAR ADVANTAGE^TM is pasteurizable, and scratch, chemical, and fade resistant. Lead-time is approximately 5 weeks from receipt of camera-ready art work.
